Meant to return here before I left Spokane but still, I look back on our single visit with great fondness. The fact you can get a whole pie, some cheese sticks, a very wonderful guava beer, and a cannoli for about 55$ is something that’s hard to beat. Very good, natural flavors, not too over the top or dominating, just a consistent and well rounded experience. Lovely atmosphere, too.

This was some of the most delicious pizza I have every had! One in our group ordered gluten-free and felt like it was also the best! They have some unique flavors and their ingredients were tasty and fresh! We ordered at the counter, then sat where at one of the unique wood-topped tables. We ordered 4 pizzas, a gluten-free mushroom and sausage, the Veggie, Pro Figgy, and a Supreme! All delicious!

Pizza: We had the sausage/mushroom pizza. It was either underdone or absorbed too much oil from the sausage, because the center was really β€œwet” and had no structure. I don’t mind flop, but the middle third was impossible to eat without a fork. Plus, the β€œwetness” was a little unappetizing. On the upside, the breadsticks were really good, and the artichoke dip was excellent. Atmosphere: The concrete floors and hard surfaces make the inside dining really noisy when it is busy. Service: We had no issues, but it was an order-at-the-bar situation, and they deliver your food to your table. Lots of sours on tap, if that is something you enjoy. If you have a specific preference in beer, you may want to check before you go to see if something is on tap that suites you. But overall, it’s a decent little place. I suggest you give it a try. EDIT: It was suggested by the establishment that maybe I just don’t like this type of pizza. I love this type of pizza, but what we received was so soggy that when lifting a slice, the middle third tore away into a pile of goo onto the pan. The response by the establishment isn’t really inspiring me to return.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had pizza this delicious and visually appealing. There are plenty of pizza spots out there, but this Neapolitan-style pizza truly stands out. The crust is perfectly crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside, and holds its shape with no flopβ€”packed with incredible flavor and top-tier quality. The owners are just as impressiveβ€”kind, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. I’d love to see this place expand to other areas, especially in Western Washington, where more flavor like this is definitely needed.

5 Stars all around!!! This place is a GEM!! I haven’t had pizza this damn good since I moved away from Florida. Authentic Italian pizza and GREAT beer - not to mention the amazing customer service!!! If you haven’t tried this place yet, I definitely recommend it. Great for date nights, hanging out with friends, etc. Dog-friendly outdoor seating. My new favorite pizza spot, I’m totally in LOVE 😍!!!
